"This is our go to destination for relaxation time beachside. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We have met so many amazing people here including Steven at the front desk and Samir and Russell at the beach bar. We have been there 4 times in the past 8 years and we will certainly go again as soon as life allows us. Staying on the quiet East End is a no brainer for us. Plenty to do on the East side of the island and some of the best restaurants too. "

"The staff on a wonderful job the chef was absolutely perfect. Had trouble with the hot water in the room. It was reverse other than that. Everything was perfect."

"The hotel has a great location but it is on a busy street. They were having a hot water issue the whole time we were there.We had to call down to the front desk if we wanted to take a hot shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful we had a great time!"

"This was a last minute booking due to hurricane milton. This place was great. They accommodated an early check in. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very sweet security guard on the property. Would stay again."

"This resort features renovated, modern rooms, a great restaurant called Nova, and welcoming staff. However, it feels more like a large beach house than a traditional resort. On windy days, the pier is inaccessible, so we visited Governor’s Beach, which we found to be much better. The location isn’t ideal, as it’s situated in a residential area where local people live. To get around, you can take a public bus for $2, with the bus stop located 0.2 miles from the resort, or opt for a taxi, which...

"We loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and updated especially the bathroom. I emphasize on the cleanliness of the bathroom because that is my biggest issues with hotels and apartments but this apartment ONE Canal was perfect. Lisa was very helpful, great personality.
